Customer Service Supervisor

We currently require a highly motivated person to lead and develop our dedicated Customer Service Team. Based at our Head Office in Wrexham you will be required to manage the customer services function to provide an excellent, efficient and pro-active advisory and problem solving service to our customers. You will have a high level of compassion for customer service with the ability to lead, train and develop staff in their roles and be able to make decisions quickly and professionally in a busy environment.
Previous experience in a supervisory or a lead customer service role is required and knowledge of our current fields would certainly be an advantage though not a pre-requisite.

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated member of staff to join our busy Customer Services Department to assist with customer enquiries and to offer after sales support.
Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing environment is essential. An active interest in cycling, motorsport, road tuning/modifying or motorcycling would be desirable. This is a permanent role offering full time hours. The shifts are Monday to Friday, working alternative Saturdays.

Motorcycle Sales Executive

Demon Tweeks is the UK's leading retailer of motorsport, motorcycle and performance road car tuning products.
We are looking for a Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our Motorcycle Department based at our Head Office in Wrexham. The role involves the retailing of hard parts, clothing and accessories face to face instore and servicing our mail order enquiries over the telephone. The successful candidate will possess commitment and determination, a passion for customer service along with excellent communication, literacy and computer skills. An active involvement in motorcycling and previous experience in a sales role would certainly be an advantage. In return we can offer a competitive salary, bonus incentive scheme, staff discount and private healthcare. Full ongoing training is provided.
