Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated Customer Service Team based at our Head Office in Wrexham.

Candidates will have a passion for customer service and after sales
support, enjoy telephone and e-mail contact, have good literacy skills and will have the ability to address and resolve situations quickly and
professionally in a busy environment.

Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing environment is essential. An active interest in motorsport, road tuning/modifying, cycling or motorcycling would certainly be an advantage.

Purchasing Assistant

We currently require a new team player to join our existing Replenishment Team. Duties will include:  
•    Placing  orders on a daily basis.
•    Progressing orders and updating system
•    Liaising both internally and externally with suppliers and customers
•    Arranging Parcel and Pallet Collections.
Applicants should possess a flexible, hardworking attitude with good
communication skills and be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Excel. Previous experience within the purchasing/replenishment role would be an advantage.

Product Maintenance Assistant

We currently require a new member to bolster our existing Product Maintenance team. Duties will include;
•    Maintenance of our database of products
•    Population of our systems with new products
•    Price maintenance
•    Liaising both internally and occasionally externally with suppliers

Applicants should posses a flexible, hardworking attitude with good communication skills. The post is computer based so a thorough working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet manipulation is a pre-requisite along with a working knowledge of Access. Previous employment along similar lines would be considered advantageous and, whilst not necessarily required, an understanding of cars and/or motorcycles would be an advantage.
