About OMP Motorsport

OMP was established in 1973 by three brothers who started out manufacturing safety roll cages for competition cars in Genoa (Italy). Keeping with the safety theme OMP began branching out into other areas of motorsport equipment with ranges of OMP race suits, OMP boots, OMP gloves and OMP helmets. The OMP brand name soon became well known as World class drivers such as Ayrton Senna and Nigel Mansell were wearing their products. In 1996 OMP were approached by Michael Schumacher to tailor race suits for his F1 campaign, this partnership ran for 11 successful years and numerous F1 World Championship wins.
Today OMP continue to develop and manufacture motorsport accessories with a maximum level of safety and their ever expanding range includes OMP seats, OMP harnesses, OMP fire extinguishers and many other products for race and rally use.
