Isse Classic Tyre Snow Socks are a modern alternative to snow chains for when there's snow or ice on the ground and you're stuck! They are the quickest and easiest system to fit, and are ideal for vehicles with limited arch clearance where a chain would be difficult or not possible to fit. Made from a high resistant anti-wear fabric that really grips snow and ice, they fold up into a small size and are easy to store - perfect for keeping in the car at all times. As they are made from fabric, they won't scuff and mark the wheels, unlike the possibility with snow chains. Developed in mainland Europe where the winters tend to be much worse than the UK, they are the ideal solution for the UK - where extreme weather is irregular, and snow tyres are not really required on a regular basis. They are the perfect 'get-you-home' solution for when the weather turns bad, or for up and down the hill safely until the roads clear. When the roads get better, simply slip them off and back in the bag and continue on your journey. No vibrations or discomfort when on the move. Can be used on ABS & ESP equipped cars without problems (unlike some chains). Extremely cost effective when compared to some snow chains and winter / snow tyre prices. Supplied as a pair.
